1. Service Satisfaction


We aim to deliver excellent cleaning services. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will assess your concerns and work to resolve any issues promptly.

2. Request for Service Re-Clean

Timing:
If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will arrange a re-clean at no additional charge, provided the request is within the specified time frame.
Conditions:
To qualify for a re-clean, the issues must be related to the initial cleaning service and must be reported promptly. We do not offer re-cleans for issues that arise after the initial service due to changes in the condition of the premises.

3. Refunds

Eligibility:
Refunds are generally not provided for our cleaning services, as we prioritize resolving issues through re-cleaning or other corrective measures. However, if we are unable to rectify the problem to your satisfaction, we may consider a partial refund or credit towards future services on a case-by-case basis.
Process:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the service completion. Please include details of the issue and any supporting evidence, such as photos or descriptions.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee, which is typically 50% of the service cost.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule a service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability.

5. Exclusions

Specialty Services:
Certain specialty services may have specific terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, or re-cleans. Please review the terms provided at the time of booking these services.
Third-Party Services:
Any issues related to third-party services or products provided in conjunction with our cleaning services are subject to the third-party's return and refund policies.
